Decorated for Christmas
I need to get truckin' on transcription, so this'll be short. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving with Paul's parents and sister here in San Antonio. I might get to posting a few pictures from that later.
After seeing them off at the airport Sunday night, we made a fast trip to Wal-Mart to see what they had for cheap, small Christmas deco for our hotel room. The most expensive item was a 24" lighted wreath for $10 that is hanging in our living room window. Earlier in the day, we found a brand new small nativity set for $5 at Goodwill, which is sitting on the windowsill below the wreath (now that I think about it, I hope the wreath doesn't decide to fall! ). We also found a little table tree for $1 at Wal-Mart. I kid you not. It was one whopping dollar. It's basically a branch, but it works. I like to call it our "Charlie Brown tree." We also wrapped up a cheap garland around a few electric candles (another Goodwill purchase). All were decorated with small red and gold ornaments. It's very Cycloney festive.
What? You want pictures? OK, here you go.
